Store Policies

1. Items will be accepted for exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in new condition in their original packaging with all tags attached in order to be accepted for return.
3. Items sold in packs, for example socks, will not be accepted for return if one of the pack is missing.
4. Items must be returned to either your child's school if within Calgary city limits or to the Calgary campus of your child's school if outside Calgary city limits at the expense of the customer.
5. Alterations are the responsibility of the customer. Every effort will be made to provide each student with the best fit possible.
